Why Maxi?

There is so much I could say here. Suffice it to say, I adore Maxi and his character! I got hooked on him when I played SC3 for the first time - I had played SC2 several years earlier but not noticed him much (shamefully). But when I chose him in Tales of Souls I was entranced by his character and enjoyed his complex, difficult and enjoyable moveset. I also enjoyed his appearance... *hemhem* Seriously, he's gorgeous. I can only hope there's a real-life Okinawan man out there who looks just like him, so I can go marry the guy. XD

When I found out that he was a pirate, that got me hooked even further. Pirates have been a long-time interest of mine, and the idea of the 'gentleman pirate' a romantic ideal I really love. Maxi is THE gentleman pirate! The rest, as they say, is history. I got so obsessed I decided to make this huge shrine. Please enjoy, and remember... if you're fangirly over Maxi, let me know about it. Other Maxi fangirls (or fanboys) are always welcome. X3
