About The Site

Hour-of-Destiny.org is my pride and joy - I have now owned it for three years and am very proud of how far I've come since it started, both in my HTML skills and in my layouts. There have been plenty of things I've done here that really didn't work, but plenty that have been a big success for me.

The site can be split into two parts - the fanlistings and the shrines. The biggest shrine without question is the one dedicated to Maxi of Soul Calibur, which has been a joy to run. As one of only a few in existance, I felt strongly about making it good and believe I have succeeded in this. You may have also noticed that the 'in progress' section contains a few more shrines which will be up and running soon.

I hope to be around for years to come, so thanks for visiting, and I hope you come back to watch this place get even better.

The Name

The name of the site was actually lifted from the name of the soundtrack which accompanies Soul Calibur 3's opening movie. I am a huge fan of Soul Calibur and its musical score, so the name seemed apt. Plus, it has a nice 'epic' feel to it!
